# Lossless Protocol

The Lossless protocol wraps DONR tokens in an additional layer of transactional security, providing Donor platform with a fail-safe against malicious exploits.

The Donor platform employs 'Aegis' for automated threat monitoring, leveraging its real-time alerts and zero-integration monitoring features to detect potential threats before they become exploits. Events, which are pieces of information generated by blockchain transactions, indicate significant state changes. Aegis continuously monitors on-chain events from tracked addresses, keeping tabs on token movements and other critical activities. This added layer of protection is available to DONR token holders, enhancing security.
